The communication was well organised and informative at each stage of the process. We are very pleased with our new setup, including being able to view it's performance on the Goodwe app. Given our previous experience with a couple of small companies who both folded soon after we dealt with them, what was very important to us is the long term confidence we have in Solahart's warranty arrangements.
